Honestly, I wanted to start a diet, but I said that I better ask some specialized help and skip doing something by my own, especially if I want to lose weight in a healthy way.
So, this way, I've found a weight loss program at http://www.skinvitality.ca and I will give it a try... I've also heard really nice things about this and I will have my desired results most likely... it's great that I don't have too many extra pounds. :D
